Each of our dog tags is handmade, meaning slight variations from the product images may occur, making every tag unique.

Over time, exposure to rain, dirt, and the natural oils in a dog’s fur may affect the appearance of the tag. The base material of the tag, rings and charms is stainless steel with an 18k gold coating, which may gradually fade. The same applies to the clip rings, which are made of brass and will naturally oxidize over time.

While our tags are designed to be durable, we cannot guarantee that they are 100% chew-resistant. To help maintain their quality, we recommend avoiding saltwater and seawater exposure.

To keep your tag looking its best, gently clean it with clear water and mild soap, using a soft or microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish.

The clip ring is made of brass, which can naturally darken over time due to oxidation. To restore its shine, you can gently polish it with a brass cleaner or a simple home remedy like lemon juice and baking soda. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

For long-lasting wear, avoid prolonged exposure to water, especially saltwater.

We ship our handmade dog tags within the Netherlands, across the EU, and internationally. However, we do not ship to all countries worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options for your location.
